Relaxation and Meditation

Learning to become in tune with your body's energy and teaching it to relax, will have, once mastered a profound effect.

It is not easy to relax and meditate, but our modules will help you to recognise stress within your body and begin to control it instead of it controlling you.

Each session will work towards the next, gradually building confidence and gaining control of the way you feel about yourself.

Meditation is not easy, but with practise and gentle guidance the tutors will help you to achieve the meditative state that you seek, through preparation and nurturing.

Meditation groups are small and intimate, in order to infuse confidence and enable those taking part to feel they can safely convey their experiences after their meditative journey. 

Using a combination of meditation techniques, mindfulness and Guided Imagery Therapy inspired meditations, these sessions are tailored to the people present and reflect their needs and levels of stress.
